1. Taj Mahal - Agra:

  

The TajMahal is at the top in the list of the seven wonders of the world. The white marble mausoleum is located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, which is 200 km away from New Delhi, is the capital of India. This was made by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife Mumtaz Mahal.

 

 2. Golden Temple -

 It is considered the most sacred place of worship for Sikhs located in Amritsar, Punjab. Also called Harmandir Sahib or God's court. A Muslim saint Mian Mir laid the foundations of the Golden Temple. It is mostly made of marble, but the gold layer is packed with real gold which covers most of the outside part.

 

3. Sun Temple - Odisha:

 This 13th century Sun Temple in Konark, is a miracle of Orissa architecture because it is considered one of India's largest temples. Although the main structure of the temple has collapsed almost 150 years ago, the living structure represents the whole glory.

 

 4. Khajuraho:

   

 Khajuraho is a symbol of India's rich cultural heritage. It has a large number of Jain and Hindu temples and is famous for erotic sculpture. Khajuraho is derived from the Hindi word 'Khajur', which means 'Date Pal'. It was built between 950 and 1050 AD during the reign of Chandel empire.

 

5. University of Nalanda -

  

The capital of Bihar is located about 100 kilometers from Patna; Nalanda was a thriving university from 500 AD to 1300 AD, as long as the foreign invaders had destroyed it. There were 300 lecture halls, laboratories, libraries and an observatory.

 

 6. Dholveera - Gujrat:

  

 A major city of Dholveera, Harappan civilization can be seen and can be experienced how the Harappan civilization was advanced urban civilization 5000 years ago. 7. Hampi-Karnataka:
